About StreamersNews

See who's live right now in the Top 100, spot the fastest-growing streamers, and read, post and discuss streaming news with the community.

What we do

StreamersNews is a news and community site for people who watch and make live streams. We track who is live on Twitch, show how audiences move over time, and give streamers and fans a place to share and discuss what is happening.

• Live Top 100 and Rising stars. Rankings built from Twitch's official data, refreshed every few minutes.
• Daily streamer news. A written summary each day of who had the biggest audience, who surged and which categories people watched. These are generated automatically from our own viewer data and are labelled as such. See our editorial policy.
• Clips. Short videos we cut from public Twitch moments and publish on our YouTube channel and here.
• Community. Stories, comments and communities written by our members.

Where our information comes from

Viewer counts, stream titles and categories come from the official Twitch API. Our history, rankings and daily summaries are calculated from snapshots we take ourselves. We say where a number comes from, and we do not invent statistics.

Independence

StreamersNews is an independent site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch, Rockstar Games or any streamer or game publisher we write about. Sponsored placements, when they exist, are marked as sponsored. See Advertise.
